DES MOINES, Iowa — The Des Moines Financial Center has new owners and a new look.

The 25-story building, located at 666 Walnut Street, has a new set of LED lights that can change color, all with a tap on an iPhone.

The lights are just part of $3 million in total renovations to the skyscraper.

Canadian-based Lawmark Capital, Inc. bought the Financial Center last February.
